I met with Mark Smyth.... he is just a salesman.... not even a good one.... my opinion only

Personally I believe he is far more than 'just a salesman'..

Only this week, I have seen emails with complete untruths come from him to shareholders trying to discredit the shareholders that actually want to ask the straight questions - that want to know where our $42million has gone......you and I both know he has looked people in the eye and then not told them the truth........and not batted an eyelid, nor felt guilty.

He has reassured holders from 30c down to 1c that everything will be all right - even elderly shareholders with a partner with cancer, begging to know whether to sell at 5c on the way down or not......"Of course it will be all right" he said, as she watched her life savings melt away to nothing.....

I am NOT lying - I have seen all the emails I'm talking about - I know the people concerned.

Don't we all truly believe we are entitled to know how we have handed roughly $10million to Fortitude in the last 12 months and so far they have not hired one drill rig or drilled one hole.....and apparently have no cash until the latest placements clear...WHY? - What happened to the cash we gave them.
What did we get for it?
Why wasn't it used to advance projects?
What assets still have current leases showing us on the title?

Surely these are fair and reasonable questions for shareholders to expect to have answered?

I understand that traders can have a fun time in the playground here, but I see it being at the expense of long term shareholders.

As you said, half the company has just been sold at 1.25c - so it won't take long for these new people to see decent profit.........but that doesn't help the people we SHOULD be caring about.

Traders don't need to continually post to pump and dump the price - it's happening anyway....but right now, shareholders who care about the way their company is being run have one last voice in them to actually have a say....

That say is "Enough is enough".....
Voting YES for what shareholders KNOW is right will go a long way to showing some of the current and past directors that we expect more from them....we expect them to stand up for what is right - this is NOT the Wild West - however much people think they can make it so!

As we said before - if you like the way Smyth is running the company, anyone can vote 'no' to shareholder resolutions for more of the same - but just because you expect the shortfall stock to be used against you doens't mean you don't bother.
HAVE YOUR SAY - you've all earned it..........

The latest dated proxy form is the one that will be counted if you want to send in a form to say "YES" we wnat change.......blank forms are available on the shareholder website. Follow the prompts in 'proxies and blank forms'

(OK - I'm under the influence of Obama power tonight!! But I mean every word of it... You may not like what I say, but I DO care....)
