You think property prices will rise because I want them to? That's the same mindset which has damned so many of the bears.
They have spent years expecting property prices to fall because they want them to.
It doesn't matter what you want. It doesn't matter what I want.
If people keep converging in cities then the land under those cities must rise in value unless the people move away and lessen the demand for the land. It's really not that complex.
"Wanting" prices to rise or fall has no relevance at all.
If you want property prices to fall in the cities then work out a way to entice people away from the cities, work out a way to make people move to regional and inland areas.
