All your arguments continue to defy the reality of the situation and history. NST also had new equity for buying the first mine from Barrick. They would have struggled to raise the cash via loans at the time as well in the time frame required.
I don't expect any of these small companies in Africa to be able to get debt for a large project, it just doesn't seem to happen that way. A lot of companies seem to have trouble raising the cash via equity. We'll find out how well or badly MLL went on Monday.
I expect the first tranche is done and dusted, which will be a huge positive sign from the markets, what is your expectation of the first tranche?? Remember MLL is raising capital near the yearly high price. If your arguments were believed by the market, then they wont be able to raise at 16c. Let's see who's judgement is better...
