It's hard to know I think. Norwood has never published any information about profit margins that apply to their solutions. Their recent investor presentation had some slides that showed the tech could be profitable but as we know that model no longer exists.

It may well be the case that Norwood is so desperate to sign something, anything, that they sign a loss leader to gain some credibility hoping others might sign up on the back of it. It's impossible to overestimate just how bad Norwood management are and what they could do.
