Only the shorters on here (or those with an inherently flawed view of business) could see this Dexus/AMP news as being anything other then monumentally positive for the share price come Monday.
And yes, it does amount to a partial takeover of a division in AMP Capital.
What remains to be seen are the terms, but definitely a positive move.
