Absolutely...Vulcans research team is centred in Karlsruhe.The area that Vulcan"s tenements are is the upper Rhine Valley referenced in the article which is only 30 km from Karlsruhe (Insheim geothermal plant 32km from Karlsruhe)...Dr Horst Kreuter is co founder and executive director of Vulcan and is based in Kalrsruhe...so no doubt.
