imo it would be reasonable to expect that, even with some diminution of the claim under an award by J. Davies that there could be some degree of compensation by way of a divi to holders as well as sufficient funds to enable such promotion of services and expansion of the workforce and R&D...
Any dividend though would reasonably reduce any result from a class action by holders.
