What I'm trying to do is to force people to come up with some clear forecasts. They need only be as general as the one I posted further up. What I am tired of is the nebulous comments which can later be qualified to have meant anything.
If you don't want to lock anything then don't.
p.s. you have accused me of being nervous before and it is an ineffectual attack because it has no basis. Since you last were active on this forum my situation has dramatically benefited from the drop in interest rates (the same drops which you laughed at when I forecast taht they were coming). 2009 will provide a much greater cash flow than 2008 for me. I will be using that increased cash flow to service more property investment.
I dunno why you think that attacking me or other property investors will better your own life. Can't you see that dragging others down does nothing for you? Why not put your energies in raising yourself up?
