Given China is actively using facial recognition technology along with behavioral analysis to "rank" their citizens, having something like BRN's technology would just make that easier. I can't imagine an Australian listed, US based company is going to get much traction with its host governments sending their tech to China.
Strategically it also means the US will be motivated to ensure BRN doesn't have any reasons to need to (by giving them lots of work)
