Not in full blown decline
not the whole market has already dropped
but has STARTED TO DECLINE
the declining trends are starting and spreading, as there are an increasing number of segments of the market that are starting to decline or at least showing signs of peaking
So of course there are still some prices increasing, but if you do not understand how market trends develop, then sorry but I do not have time to give you and education on how markets work
