You're on to something.
You have to wonder don't you, during a general ASX retreat (major correction driven by global recession/depression fears) and in a low interest rate environment, where do investors park their funds?
Gold is an obvious place.
Property is another, but lately that's been rogered more times than a two-way radio.
But, some money may well be diverted to high growth potential stocks that may run counter-cyclical.
