I don't believe there will be any announcement untiil they have a firm plan to go forward. And, I believe it will be a substantial and serious plan. Of course, once it is released, the stock could conceivably have a strong move-- at which point it will be too late to get in on the ground floor.
Moral of the story: you are in already, find something else to concentrate on for a month or so. No reason to worry this one to death.
as far as the announcement go- there is nothing to read into them, positive or negative. Michael atkins is an unparalleled professional, and would not allow anything to be written that was not factual and straightforward. There will be no hype, in my opinion
