Hi all, Have opened a City Index trial a/c. Interested to note that the platform is the same as IG. Their volatility is not like IG though. Last night exactly 50 pips lower than IG. No big 33, 27 etc spikes as IG did. They are a DMA. IG does have a DMA service but the rules are the same. Read their PDS last night. Found out today that Commsec are a DMA for shares. They don't as yet do indexes. We need to advise each other of our tips as I am convinced that I was taken for a ride!!! Playing the money game is dangerous, as you will lose more often than win without care. Not using stops as one member said is an idea, but the maximum deposit is $25000 with IG for example and my 27 and 33 stops were touched in a split second so your safety valve is still vunerable. I've tried the credit card idea, not convinced as yet to it's merits. Cheers, jb.
