What is real Seanl , is HX building in the suburbs and ticking all the boxes , now if you were a realist you would at least acknowledge that ! The only thing you acknowledge is the SP ! You must admit and understand there is a process to all this . You have some valid points mate but most is about the SP ! It’ll all come in good time . Give it a break .
