You are just unbelievable Herewegoagain. Any industry professionals post concerns here, just get classed as a down rampers and put on ignore just because of pure ignorance. You put in a post that the share price should be $1 and people are scrabbling to thumbs up your post lol. Some people just cant see passed their nose lol. Your not in the building industry at all are you??
I remember when you posted a photo showing out of plumb brickwork and called it "out of level in the vertical" one of the most basic thing's you learn in the industry.

That commercial build will be a complete failure imo, one of my engineers just watched their video and can't believe the Building practices they are undergoing!! He just said the front of build is down right dangerous! And should be reported. 1, that front opening has got all that weight of concrete blocks,without roof load yet sitting on lintels with no lateral bracing walls. 2, they welded them slender steel posts straight to the underside of the cavi-T-bar lintels, he said them post should have large base plates welded to the top of posts then only bolted to the lintels. Oh well.
