If your assumption is correct, the only reason i can
fathom that this would be the case, is that KAH had a
major S/H on board, and that holder has had a change
of heart after weighing up all the news, and can see
no sense in disadvantaging themselves.imho.
The good thing about this is, they KAH will not be
accumulating anymore shares before the EGM, if the
the vote is required.
