    Do you have an adversion to long term investment, or are you the type of person who trys to time entry and exit points perfectly?

    It is only my opinion, but neither strategy proves very effective for the majority of property investors, but hey, you are probably much smarter than the average property investor.

    So I am well aware of the growth in Queensland property over the previous decade, and I am not suggesting that you or anyone else invest there.

    I also understand that some people are ideologically opposed to the concept of property investment. So if you start a thread discussing the ethics of property investment, I will be more than happy to contribute, that is, if you know the difference between Utilitarianism and Deontology and can communicate your view in a logical, objective and succinct manner?

    Otherwise forget that suggestion.
