Thanks for starting this thread & thanks to the subsequent posters. I need all the tech info. I can get. As I said recently elsewhere I now hold both BRN & WBT as I saw a parallel in the development of both. Adding WBT forces my focus by the "skin in the game" principle.
Yes, BRN are ahead of Weebit as far as chip finalisation is concerned. I do not see them as competition but rather possibly complementary when Weebit get to market.
There are too many RAMs for me to understand but I appreciate the multiple advantages of Weebit reRAM.
I think there may be two ways that Weebit might help future Akidas. 1) AKIDA does not necessarily need extra RAM but when it does, it would seem that Weebit reRAM would be the first choice (when available).
2)When it does not need extra, I wonder would it be advantageous to incorporate it in the "Flexible neuron fabric" which presently uses 8MB of SRAM as shown in one of their block diagrams.
