I am sure there are so many extras in there to be considered.
I guess much of what I am trying to consider is, is the depth/peak of one 'panic/exuberance' on a chart equivalent to the depth/peak of another if hardship (if it could be measured in real terms) was halved relative to the other period.
Therefore, should a line from a period of relative ease actually meet the peak or trough of a chart from a horrendous period in history?
