Sarc , You need to attend some math classes and learn about LVR. In your example if you sold all the crayons then you will be sitting at $2 loss. Your lenders will not let you do that. If you did that you will be bankruppt & there will be $2 class action by shareholders.
Simply put, You need to sell assets at more than book value to reduce LVR else you increase your LVR.
