I just recieved an email from a RE Agent asking if I wanted to sell one of my properties in Agnes Water. Its a vacant 4 acre block.
The property is not listed for sale, but interestingly, several other similar properties have sold very recently, and the Agents don't have much left to offer.
So irrespective of recessions, depressions and Weet-Bix boxes it is a classic example of how the micro-fundamentals of supply and demand in some locations take no notice of charts, data and stats.
Just the age-old fundamentals of supply and demand.
Of course I informed the Agent that in order to sell I would require a very good offer, something in the order of a 400%-500% gain may tempt me.
Now what was Aurelius saying earlier about "buy low and sell high," from memory he was questioning my ability to do so?
