Large holders are clearly getting out. If all these announcements were so good, it would have gone up.
Going and acquiring a bunch of businesses and expecting a 240% revenue the next year increase is unrealistic. These businesses are not just going to merge and work as one on day one. Egos get involved. It is a recipe for disaster.
Plus it is tacky and shows the fundamentals are lacking.
The Government will not trust a company that has acquired a bunch of businesses for 10 minutes.
It will take years to work out the logistical nightmare it has caused by not specialising and focusing on a specific area.
This company is trying to do everything and will succeed at nothing.
