They were probably indicating that by "watching this space"
that they will shortly be announcing they are broke!!!
They have next to no money and the share price at $0.003 is probably more than what it should be at present given the current state of IRG.
The real reason they (directors) can't talk is the fact they have nothing of any consequence to state!
Another very poor investment decision on my behalf, but at least i now recognise that fact.
