Now there is an interesting question! As I am a long term holder of VPG so implications of long weekends don't mean much to me.
But if I were to speculate, IMO:
(a) good ol' USA don't have a long weekend;
(b) I suspect we'll go into the weekend on a "as you were note" ie the financial world is not going into a state of chaos (any more than it already is!!)
(c) CER will be stronger on Friday (IMO!!!!);
my best guess (as in I have no idea really) is a close on VPG @ 8.9 friday. There is momentum IMO in the REIT's...that is enduring. Orbis is doing its bit.
Shoot me when I'm wrong. Dam good question though!
