They've always talked a big game. Fact is they are at the mercy of finding a partner to come in. Right now the sector is starved of capital whilst sentiment is poor.
The advantage these guys have is the ability to tread water until sentiment turns.
No doubt there will be a 'For Sale' sign put out the front.
