Looking at Elanco Accounts last night found that they have been making losses, which could be the main reason they have pulled out.
Not enough Funds or gumption to continue on.
Also I find it a bit hard to believe the BOD of PAA did not have a plan B, in case the option wasn't taken up.
Maybe they have, but cannot divulge as yet. Here's hoping.
Bought some more this morning.
