    I agree with vmp. Personally I think it should be pro-rata to current holding or something similar, but I am an F on David Rock's SCARF model.

    Not sure I will participate in SPP yet. Reasons;
    1) I have 500k shares already
    2) I bought my holding from 0.125 up to $0.20 for an average of ~ $0.155 ish
    3) I did not buy from 0.20 upward, I do have to ask myself why would I now buy at 0.30 if I would not at 0.25. FOMO seems to be the only reason.
    4) my portfolio is lopsided now as it is, heavily overweight in CNB.
    5) I have no more money. The third one being a major impediment, unless I sell a kidney. Not sure it would fetch much though as they have had a tough old life.

    Each to their own and their own investment strategy and financial position. I would definitely be buying if I had none!

    Share spike might change my mind and I will sell my wife's car.
