I dont know. I'm not the dissenting voter.
But what i do know is the FDA and big pharma have say, a 'complex' relationship?
And look the smart money knows this. hence, partly, IMO, why MSB is trending downwards after the initial hubris.
If it was so certain, the sp would be significantly higher. Clearly there are doubts/ reservations held by many. Maybe not those who use the ignore button to silence dissenting voices and enhance their chamber of confirmation bias. but certainly others.
