Booz, thats the impression I get in that they dont or wont invest in property ever based on stats and charts or are hoping that totally economic collapse occurs that will allow them the opportunity for them to purchase, but are willing to deride those people that have actually invested and have made money. Based on many of the their views, there is no money to be made in investing in proerty as the charts/stats etc say you wont make money. how wrong they are.
As i have said many times, i know a lot of old 'wogs' who from the psuedo intellectuals point of view dont speak proper english, not very well educated, dont know much, yet have invested in proerty, with out reference to charts or stats, and are now living extremely comfortable lives from their property investments. Yet we have persons sing the priases of a 50 plus professor who is still renting at his age as being a guru and all knowing because he has a wedsite that has some stats and charts.
The majority of people buying homes to live in do so on emotion and ability to afford, not base don some chart or stat. I try to provide properties to suit these peoples needs people.
