unbelievable a fresh paintout of store will lift sales and service> unfortunately a lot of managers have done their training in a sound economical environment, as well as been spoon and told uniformly how to showcase and manage their site, by the upper management who needless to say come from the same envirnoment. It will be interesting to watch how upper management allow managers and for that matter service staff(the coal face ofretail industry) the freedom to adjust their sites to the needs of the environment
