Agreed but a fair bit of pressure is building on ASX. Their directions are complete, a court case coming, they’ve proved no wrong doing (after a year of suspension), their actions are looking increasingly sinister (particularly in relation to VISA). Here’s hoping ASIC does what everyone knows they should and take it out of their hands.
