context mate
the point is the market often trades with pending court outcomes, it factors in possible civil or criminal actions. we can cope with all that stuff and make adult decisions about that. that is all fluff that can be factored in to risk.
a trader does not care if the SOI decreases by 50% on legals if the risk is already known (it is a bonus if it does.... however sp would dive concurrently anyway due to circumstances) .... so get the escrow done and get this trading.
I see no 'public' reason for not trading now except SOI and escrow.
If some other reason is not 'public' than can someone do a tweet please......
