It's very interesting to see that AGH are making this announcement. Althea do not own a schedule 3 compliant CBD product and > 25% of their sales are from a schedule 4 CBD product which is now about to be displaced.

Making this announcement and the hoo-ha about having engaged with the TGA is rubbish.

The TGA has over 4000 submissions for this down scheduling.

I think this is a capital market stock pump prior to the escrow coming off in 11 days.

Please don't pretend that this Schedule 3 announcement is the reason for AGH's stock price to be rising up.
