I contacted ASIC, have contacted again for a follow up & was completely ignored. Also wrote to Andrew Bolt at the Herald Sun, his comment 'very intresting' so yeah I think this fellow has got away with it.
Possibility we are going to see lower prices here, maybe $15, sorry Cevatt, anyway its only my opinion. Sold mine at $19.69
