It could be this Henry He who works at a company which does very similar things to what he has described.

On one of TLF's video's he commented that he thought it would be the next A2M or APT.
BMY Group - seems to fit with the APT comment as they invested into the company back in 2016.
The youtube commenter however could be anyone impersonating the chap whose Linkedin linked.
If it does all check out though, would be pretty great news.
