More interested in hearing about these unlisted warrants expiring November 19th 2020. Warrants unlike options, are issued by the company, bring new capital to the company (adding shares to the total) if exercised. There are 11+ million warrants for October with a strike price of $0.58. The company will miss out on the cash, and owners of these warrants (Empery owns 25% of them) will lose ALL they invested in these, if the SP stays below that figure. I assume staff and insiders also own a lot of these, and there will be a massive marketing push to lift the SP in coming weeks.
