Its absolutely nuts, essentially blaming a delay in a Tesla convention for not moving forward with development! Every bit of bullshit in this update either has been, or could have been sorted out by now.
Raise credit, update shareholders, rinse repeat.

I hope you all vote BB out. The rest of his capital raising, wage thieving board can follow. It's a shame because Australia could benefit from this project, but it has he wrong people at he helm.
