Grizzly, following on from what you noted:
"Stuart Elliot IS the Company"
I think the main risk could be Stuart's health!

Don't mean any offence, but what you have noted grizzly made me think... what would happen to EWC if Stuart Elliot became very ill or worse? Would this be the end of EWC? Would his share be sold off and given to his family?
Who is going to carry on "HIS" company with as much passion as he did?

If anyone has anything to add to this then please let me know. I have invested a bit of money into EWC.

Need to protect my investment.
