Thank you for your response. I appreciate the time the ASX has taken to investigate my concerns.

I have looked at the announcement dated 17/4/07 which only confirms my concern. Attached is a screen shot taken from the Top 20 Shareholder listing announced 17/4/07. It clearly shows the 8,947,500 shares escrowed for 24 months as:

6,447,500 under George Papamihail;
1,500,000 for Western Oak nominees; and
1,000,000 for Melior Pty Ltd

The latest full year statutory results released on 25th November show on page 45 that George Papamihail only holds 3,247,500 shares. I would infer from that that 3,200,000 shares have been sold. Please correct me if i am wrong.
