Highly likely a litigation funder will be involved in this round to ensure the best legal team is on the case to mitigate any further technicalities. Wartsila will also need to transfer the much larger amount if they appeal again pending another Supreme Court hearing and have their own market announcement as the new claimed amount will be material.

Just curious, how do you know an announcement will be out next week?

I still believe the payment the subject of the adjudication is safe. It is the additional amount over the contract value that is the question.

Anyway - looking forward to some clarity. get the facts in the open then move on.
