Anecdotally, my experience is that, roughly, 3/4's of the time i have engaged in an SPP, the SP has dropped to that level or even below, sometimes significantly. Rarely does it stay a fair amount above.

However, as this is anecdotal, it is not something to base decisions on, and likely more a sign that i don't know my companies and the market conditions they are operating in as well as i should do before jumping in...
