I agree it does appear to be a poor enough excuse. It seems to be what BB is insinuating though. It might also be the Tesla Battery day will give more confirmation on direction in order to bed down some pricing / volume nuances in the draft offtake agreement. One thing this does 100% confirm is the offtake partner is not Tesla.
