Agree as well - in this market I suspect bondholders want to ensure all costs are covered and given the previous announcement which showed costs were just covered by available funding this facility (potential future equity issue not a loan as some have mistakenly said... ) will provide comfort to the bond holders and is designed to get to the bond money (clearly it is not a replacement).
Col8 - get a grip, management have the foresight to get such a facilty in place in these market conditions. You seem to have followd the LYC story for a while - all the moves have good rationale (thank god the company is NOT in China now given the new export taxes and massively reduce export quotas).
