Joe & the other posters who have questioned a certain directors behaviour

You can only try. You know, I have been sitting here thinking about this thread, what I get from it is 99% of shareholders couldn't give a damn, that's why the likes of ASIC & company directors don't bother either, in time it all goes away. ASIC have a lot to answer for, if you read other threads on HC about companies & directors a lot of posters have legitimate questions that go unanswered,its rife! ASIC should be investigating a lot more than they do, shareholders deserve & should demand protection, directors are accountable to the law, ASIC & other authorities should be upholding the law.

The current financial crisis has shown a lot of questionable behaviour by Company directors, I suspect its a minefield out there in the corporate world, but will ASIC go look, no, shareholders pay the ultimate price trusting both directors & the authorities to protect them from losing their investments.

So if you want answers, we as shareholders should be demanding action, asking the hard question or like minority groups making a lot of noise, sadly it ain't going to happen, thats why a bunch of greedy bankers in NY have brought so much havoc on the world.........nobody cared, nobody listened, authorities turned a blind eye & politicians walked around with the heads firmly up their backsides.

Maybe its time to re-think.
