I haven't got any notification but when going into transactions on BoardRoom Online, there's one today with the addition of the new shares titled 'Securities Purchase Plan'. I'm not convinced we'll get any formal notification as I would image it'd come through mail, meaning a digital copy would have been uploaded to BoardRoom Online (unlikely they'd do this after shares have already been released, but definitely possible.)
