I agree. This has been going viral on WeChat (Chinese facebook), telling people to buy now, and I know of some people who were influenced by these messages.
Did they really create a multi - billion dollar technology just like that? Maybe, only time will tell. I wouldn't put my money on it though.
Given the risks and unknowns associated with this -buying now you would have to expect that its worth a whole lot more than $1 billion to get an adequate return from here.
This bears all of the hallmarks of a pump and dump.
