I didn’t take up my allocation, in fact I didn’t because ethically I didn’t like the underhanded approach to the CR and I wasn’t going to support it.. and I stand by my position.. in fact I nearly sold my parcel in the last couple of weeks..
I spent 20 years in the public sector, in various levels and roles including overseeing the expenditure in multimillion dollar contract administration, not in the US, but the general procurement processes would be similar.
I’ve deconstructed one sentence that stood out too me and if those shares get sold from tomorrow, I’ll take them off those who sell them..
