Just to clarify some facts about starting a company, in every country there is a minimum amount of capital requirred to start the company with. This amount varies from country to country, but is generally a few thoisand dollars. In fact here in Austtalia you can start a Pty Ltd company, start with 100 dollars capital, and issue yoirself 100 shares worth 1 dollar each. This has no correlation to the anount of money you have, or how much you are able to invest in your own private company.. Just clarifying some basics here, dyor. TIM obviusly sees some potential profit from this deal, and are willing to take a punt that they are able to deliver some or all of the goods, theres nothing in it for them if they fail. I hold over a million EM1 LT shares, and after a thorough google search on this new company, and keeping an eye on the HC thread, I still decided to hold, even after 8 months of uncertainty, as I believe patience will soon reward on this stock. Some valid points are being raised by all, however. gltah.
