    John,

You've done well with your long term approach. I too made heaps out of JBM, but as an Aug 08 latecomer, loaded up heavy, if only I hadn't reinvested so quickly. Looking at AOE longterm - could do a LT WPL imho, IGO and of course CVN. Lost/losing faith/tentative/spec about others I hold.

I think you might be right about energy b4 metals in general, but where they are heavily cash laden in metals AND not burning it imho theres opportunity.

Kev was still in the background when I left Oz, but I despised Johnny intensely - he'd personally throw babies overboard for the polls imho, change was required. Turnbull, another newcomer, seems to have a lot to offer.

John, I'd like to see your opinions on OEX on the OEX forum, as the debate their seems bogged down between a couple of true believers and one failed technical analyst. Also like to know what you are looking at in gold (apart from IGO which has morphed back not by terrain).

None of my 20 year stocks survived/thrived, ditto my 10 year ones. These days I cull much more readily.

Is CVN being built to last? I think not, which is why it will be important that it returns profits to shareholders along the way.

    EL
