Wow...CCA has just transformed itself from a US only MasterCard Processor for Prepaid cards into a Global Processor operating in 35 countries processing Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, JCB, Union Pay & Discover doing Prepaid, Debit and Credit Cards, EMV, and Virtual Cards!! Clients are Citi, HSBC, NAB, ANZ, Woolies, etc...The business they bought just grew 37% last year without a sales team.
This has bought their tech development forward 2 years and they would have to spend $4m to build it themselves and they have paid $7m for all this and makes the entire business entirely profitable from day 1.
This is a deal of the century...Marqeta is listing on Nasdaq Q1 2021 at >US$8 billion market cap and they are only 5 years ahead of CCA with the US processing market growing 26% CAGR...at $1.00, CCA is only a US$300m mkt cap.
Also signed up first 10 clients from Kansas City .... which will add at least US$2m rev per annum...incredible.If it trades on the same multiple as EML, its 60 cents per share and EML has 60% of it rev coming from the low growth (3%) gift and incentive shopping mall cards, so i think this deserves a massive premium.
